Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and lead strategic sales initiatives in the IT solutions space. Candidates having 3+ years of sales experience in IT Experience in selling Enterprise Solution which includes (IT-Solution sales, Datacenter solution, IT -Storage, Server Sales, HCI Solutions, Networking Solutions (Switches, Routers), Firewall, Voice, Wireless Solutions, Passive components, Business Consulting, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing & Infrastructure Management Services).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
  • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
  • Generate leads and prospective customers.
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
  • Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate.
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. · Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven working experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive or a relevant role.
  • MBA/ Graduate from any stream.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects

We are hiring a skilled Solution Architect – Network to design and implement scalable, secure and high-performance network solutions. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to architect robust IT infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with Sales Team to develop and implement specific produce account specific solutions
  • Presenting the design and value of proposed solution to customers and prospects
  • Anticipating technology and/or market trends and provides guidance on their application to external customers and feedback of business requirements back into General Technologies.
  • Successfully building relationships with sales team members, partners and customers in support of sales team objectives and engages and leverages corporate resources, and personnel as appropriate.
  • Qualifying sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements
  • Conducting demonstrations of various technology products to medium/large audiences using customized configurations targeting specific customer requirements.
  • Articulating the value proposition of products and concepts being presented/demonstrated and map the customer business requirements to products and concepts.
  • Work with technology vendors to understand new concepts and use them for solutions
  • Work with customers and General Technologist's sales team to help customer create business case, ROI, justification, etc.
  • Work with operations and engineering in evaluating new technologies
  • Work with sales team in building RFP and tender process to address technical part of the tender.


What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in networking solutions
  • Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewall and security systems
  • Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
