Experience in selling Enterprise Solution which includes (IT-Solution sales, Datacenter solution, IT -Storage, Server Sales, Networking Solutions – Switches, Routers, Firewall, Voice, Wireless Solutions, Passive components, Business Consulting & Infrastructure Management Services).
Responsibilities
- Responsible for acquiring and developing new business from IT –ITes.
- Business plan for increasing the profitability of the division i.e., cost control and cost-based Decision-making.
- Profit planning in relation to overall corporate objectives.
- To close deals for the leads generated by either self-initiated calls or internal leads given
- Responsible for Payment Collection from the customers.
- Ensuring all support staff play a key role in servicing the client accounts.
- Conducting weekly reviews with his immediate Boss and fellow colleagues.

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical/ mechanical engineering or physical sciences. Masters or higher level education is preferred.
- Experience in service and maintenance of high-end Life Sciences or medical capital equipment. Experience with mass spectrometers, especially ICP-MS is preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel.
- Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments. Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
- Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
- Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triage with field applications scientists as appropriate.

- Deliver scalable designs for migrating SAP applications to AWS, Azure, private clouds.
- Support sales team by creating solution options and estimates for cloud migration projects.
- Collaborate closely with customer point of contacts as well as internal teams to optimize delivery.
- Document standard operating procedures with appropriate controls to ensure smooth delivery.
- Document, evangelize and execute best practices on cloud migration projects.
- Create deliverables as part of cloud migration projects. Deliverables like solution design, hardware sizing, disaster recovery plan etc.
